Shipping Details:

We charge Rs.150 on orders below 2,000/- PKR. Delivery is Free for orders above 2,000/- PKR

Orders placed by 1:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.

Orders received after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders received on Sundays/Fridays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.

Returns Policy:

We will gladly accept any faulty, unused, undamaged with original packaging products within 7-Days of purchase for a replacement.

Change of Mind is not accepted.

Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

Replacement requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
